Val will be appearing on Celebrity Mastermind, which will air on December 27th at 7pm on BBC1.

John Humphrys invites four famous faces to answer questions on their chosen subjects. Author Val McDermid, Paralympian Hannah Cockroft, broadcaster Lizo Mzimba and Benidorm actress Crissy Rock show what they know about the life of Christopher Marlowe, McFly, the George Smiley novels of John le Carre and the life and works of Toulouse-Lautrec.
