We’re absolutely thrilled that Val McDermid is coming to Portobello Town Hall to celebrate the publication day launch of her new novella, Queen Macbeth. Ever since we opened back in July 2019, Val has been a great supporter of the bookshop and we cannot wait to host this launch for the latest addition to Polygon’s Darkland Tales series.
It’s going to be an extra special event as McDermid will be in conversation with Nicola Sturgeon.
This in-person event will take place at Portobello Town Hall. There will be a book signing following the conversation.
