An Evening With… Val McDermid
Since 1987 Val has been one of Scotland’s best-selling writers.
She comes to the Hall to talk with author John Nicholson about her long and illustrious career as a crime novelist and writer. Find out about her latest project and what it’s like being a lifelong supporter of Raith Rovers. Val is also lead vocalist with The Fun Lovin’ Crime Writers, possibly the only band made up of crime writers ever to play at Glastonbury! With over 50 books to her name dating back to 1987, this promises to be a fascinating insight into one of our most popular novelists.
