Bloody Scotland is a huge success
MORE than 4000 tickets were sold for Scotland’s first ever crime writing festival, held in the city last weekend. The three-day Bloody Scotland event saw crime lovers enjoying writing classes at Stirling University as well as a range of question and answer sessions, readings and discussions at the Albert Halls and Stirling Highland Hotel. Big names such as Ian Rankin, Val McDermid and Christopher Brookmyre took part along with dozens of others, displaying thewide range of Scottish talent in the field.
